WHAT YOU NEED
2 bowls, cold water, boiling water, spoon or tongs, timer

STEP 1
Pour cold water in one bowl and safely fill second bowl with boiling water.

STEP 2
Using a spoon or tongs, place MouthShield in hot water and hold underwater for 90 seconds.

STEP 3
Using a spoon or tongs, remove MouthShield from hot water and dip into cold water for 2 seconds.

STEP 4
Place MouthShield on upper teeth and bite down with moderate force. With mouth open, use thumbs to mold MouthShield around front, middle and back teeth and gums. Bite gently and suck in while continuing to mold around gums with mouth closed.

STEP 5
Remove and place MouthShield in cold water for 20 seconds, then reinsert in mouth to check fit. If unsatisfied with fit, please repeat process.
